I was contacted on Linkedin for a separate role by a HR coordinator. Until then, I hadn't heard about Qualtrics. I looked up the company, and thought a different leadership role in Engineering looked interesting. I had a couple of phone screens with the Recruiter, followed by another phone screen with the hiring manager. I was then called in for an on-site at their Seattle office, where I had 5 interviews with 5 different Engineering Leaders. A week went by with no response. I wrote a follow-up email, and got a prompt response from the Recruiter that he wanted me to jump on a video interview with the individual currently in that role. Did that, and later got an email from the Recruiter, that the collective consensus deemed me not being the "right fit". I sent a follow-up to gather more feedback, but heard nothing.

Entrevista
Went through full process - recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, virtual final loop with 3 interviewers. Took 2 months from first recruiter contact. The hiring manager and panel were great, good questions and engaged with the interview. The negative was lack of communication from the recruiter. No updates throughout the process only when scheduling needed to happen. No replies to my emails. After the final loop which went well, I didn’t hear from the recruiter for 3.5 weeks. Finally got the short, generic system rejection email, which was disappointing to not get a personal email from the recruiter after going through the whole process. Questions were straightforward asking for examples. No case study or white boarding. Overall, great impression of business team but candidate experience is poor.
