Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Seattle, WA) en mar 2016
Entrevista
Applied online. Then I got three rounds of technical phone/skype interviews, the last one being Skype. All the people I met, including recruiters, interviewers, coordinators, were very nice. Their response was the quickest I've ever seen. I always got an email with next steps only two hours after an interview. The final offer decision was a bit slow and took two weeks for the Seattle office.
Apparently they did not sponsor H1B for undergrad students from outside the US, but (I think) they do so for Masters and PhD. Or you will be fine if you already have an H1B visa, in which case I think they are willing to transfer it. My offer was voided because I had the "wrong" visa status, being an international undergrad without an H1B visa. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and energy (and hope).
I feel it is not proper to set a bar based on the degree level, but that's how the company's policy is right now. I'm pretty sure many times international students who attend university in the US outperform master's students. Next time, I would definitely go for larger companies to avoid this issue.

Entrevista
The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.
1. Chat with recruiter
2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
Started with a Recruiter screen - overview about company
ML Knowledge - basics of LLMs and your relevant projects
LeetCode - two basic easy and med leetcode problems
Takes a long time to hear back after each round - better to reach out after each round to ask about next steps.
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
