Very easy and personal, the company is professional and very nice and accepting! As long as you accept and review company guidelines and regulations you will be fine. They ask if you have your own car so keep that mind.

I have to imagine everyone's experience interviewing will vary a great deal depending on management, for me though personally it was a pretty painless process. The hardest part of the interview was actually getting it. I applied online for a housekeeping position as soon the openings were advertised. I called in to check on my application a few times with no luck getting ahold of a manager and unfortunately the front desk receptionists couldn't offer much help. After calling a few times I finally got a call asking to come in and interview. (Maybe they appreciated my persistence? lol) I had applied for a housekeeping position but the last opening for it was filled that day so they offered me a 3rd shift front desk position. I had filled out an application online but was given a paper one to fill out once there. The interview was surprisingly informal. It was held in the lobby since they weren't busy. I wasn't asked too many questions, to my relief since the q&a portion of interviews makes me incredibly nervous. The manager who interviewed me was polite and kind. Based off of the positive experience that was this interview I could see myself liking this job enough to stay for a while.
