1) Telephone screen with hiring manager. 2) In person, 'informal coffee' meeting with hiring manager (incurred $10 parking fee - downtown - no offer to pay for my parking; I paid for my own coffee, however, I was early). 3) Formal onsite interview - required half-day off of work - met with HR recruiter, hiring manager, and hiring manager's boss. A brief telephone screen with potential colleague after formal interviews was scheduled to minimize my time away from work. HR offered good levels of communication. After the interview with an executive, I can better understand the lukewarm ratings here if he is an indication of his contemporaries. I would not have accepted any offer.
