We apologize that you faced connectivity issues with the screen sharing method. While a remote connection isn't always steady, but we'll have our IT dept. look into the possibilities of making it more seamless in future. We agree with you that providing actionable feedback to candidates is always helpful, irrespective of whether one is selected or not. Thank you for pointing this out—we will incorporate this in our interview process. It is unusual that the entire process took 11+ months, because we've created our recruitment process in such a way that it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, on average (i.e. from initial screening to the final round).
