Received an email stating that they would like to schedule a technical phone interview with me. I assumed this would include discussing qualifications over the phone as well as answering questions related to the job posting...over the phone. Instead the gentleman had me write code in a codeshare link. It was not an interview. It was leetcode with someone watching. He was only there on the phone to tell me where he sent the link. I personally feel like I was misinformed on the nature of the interview and what to expect.

First was the background call, the interviewer asked common question about the Resume and area of interest. Then was called to San Diego for an on-site interview, about 50 candidates where present, interview was conducted by 4 different individuals for 1 hour each.
