I applied online, got an email from a recruiter in the same day. They scheduled two 45-min phone interviews. The interviewers were two senior engineers from the same team, they both asked about my previous projects then asked some puzzles and probability questions. After I passed the phone screening, they scheduled an on-site interview. I had to give a one-hour talk then have four 45-min interviews. None of them had any coding, but many probability questions and puzzles.
