The process was quite long. It started off with a call from HR asking about my experience working in the lab. Afterwards they schedule an in-person interview with you. The in-person interview was 1hr and they show you around the campus and ask more questions about your experience and why you want the job (its mostly them talking to you about what the company does). Depending on your job, they'll have you do a second interview online with supervisors etc and that's just them asking more about your qualifications and what you would do in certain situations. If you got the job HR will call you and inform you. Overall the process took a little over a month.

They called me at random after I applied. I talked to HR and my new supervisor in the interview. I had a tour and it went great. They asked me about 20 questions and the whole interview lasted over 1 hour. Prepare yourself and just do the best you can.
