After submitting my application I was quickly invited to a first video call with HR. The day of the interview, my HR contact rescheduled. When the interview then took place, I was informed that the actual person who was supposed to be interviewing me was not available at the moment, so another person was interviewing me instead. The interview itself felt a bit chaotic from the interviewer's side, nevertheless I felt confident and it seemed to be going pretty well. At the end I was informed that he'd like to move me along in the interview process and that he'd be in touch with me by the end of the week. That didn't happen. Two weeks later I reached out to ask for an update. No reply. Another week passed and I reached out again. No reply. Ghosting candidates and ignoring emails is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Terrible experience.
