First round communication skills, second technical, third hr interview. Total three round for the selection process. The interview is average. Interview is online. In the first round asked us whether we are okay with rotation shift or not if okay then only qualified to the technical round

The interview was via Google meets which was arranged by WeOne Consultancy. The interviewer asked if I was comfortable to relocate to Vizag. I told I can if the pay is enabling me to live a good and comfortable life there. Then he told the salary will be 2.3 Lakh per annum. I told that it is too less and relocation to Vizag, doing night shift, and also signing a bond for 18 months for just 2.3 lakh is not worth it. The interview got over there itself and I did not move any forward.
