      Entrevista

      The interview process was extremely thorough but also very lengthy and time-intensive. It began with a 30 minute recruiter Call. After that, I had to complete a panel interview with three members of the team. After that panel interview, I did a second panel interview with people who are much higher up. After that, I had the pleasure of doing a third interview with the director. After that went well I then had to interview with the VP. The final stage was an in-person interview that lasted approximately three hours and required over an hour of travel each way, including time spent meeting multiple team members and attending a team lunch. During this portion, they took me around the entire building, which was about three stories high. I got to meet different team members and different lab members and I essentially got to meet a lot of big names in the company. They gave me the impression that I was their top candidate. While everyone I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and engaging, the overall process felt excessive given the scope of the role. The level of time and effort required from candidates, particularly for the onsite portion, was significant. I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the environment, but I believe there could be better alignment and efficiency in the interview process before requiring candidates to commit to such an extensive final round. Overall, a positive experience in terms of people and culture, but a demanding and prolonged process that may not feel proportionate for all candidates.
