Interviewed for multiple Software Engineer positions at Qlik and received an offer for one one them. The interview process involves a quick chat about the company and role with the recruiter. My recruiter was Ian Wright from the UK. Great guy, incredibly responsive. Second stage was a technical screening from the hiring manager. The hiring manager that you interview with is the person you will be reporting to. Third stage is 1-2 interviews with various members of of the team. This stage can include a take home project to demo and/or technical questions pertaining to the role. The offer comes within a few days after the final interview.
