The recruiter, my main point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team, was exceptional. They were responsive, supportive, and transparent about interview expectations, providing valuable guidance, and giving feedback after each interview stage. The interviews themselves were detailed, diverse in questioning, and offered the opportunity to interact with different managers while learning more about the expectations and challenges of this role. Overall, a thoughtful and well-managed process.
