      The initial phone screen interview with HR was a good call and it seemed like I would move on to the next round. I had the interview over three weeks ago and I sent several follow up emails (to their credit a few got bounced back as undeliverable and went to my spam). After I had the correct email, I explained I had sent several emails to an incorrect address (my mistake) and I apologized. I have heard nothing back from the correct email recipient in over three weeks. I know we are all busy and can't get to things right away but three weeks and no email is extremely unprofessional and not a good look on the individual and Qlik overall.

      The process took almost 3 months which was ridiculous considering the pay for the role. I had 3 interviews for a Project Manager role only to be told I was not technical enough and to try a CSM role instead. So another 3 interviews for the CSM role and they told me I did not get the job because I didn't talk about one of my past jobs enough. Which is due to the answers to the questions were better suited to a different previous role. While the question was answered fully they didn't like that it was from one previous role I had and not another.

      Will meet with 5 different people, minimum. Hiring agent will be one of the last. Depending on the role, the questions will be simple to respond to. General studying the website and possibly reviewing the tools will aid in your preparation. Good candidates have been lost because the interview process drew out too long. Why it takes 2 months is peculiar.

      The recruiter was totally unprepared. Despite having my CV she asked me where I work? Weird screening questions she could have just figured out before having a call with me. She was not able to answer basic questions about the role.
