Entrevista
Initial phone screening was an hour long then an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The second interview was short because the hiring manager stated they were looking for someone with 3 years of clinical experience. The job description and initial interview weren’t consistent with what the hiring manager told me. Nevertheless, everyone I engaged with was plesant and the company seems to be doing cool things.

Tell me about your background What is your experience with ADHD?
Introductory call with recruiter, followed by virtual interview with Hiring Manager, then second virtual interview with skip level manager. Final step is in-person interview with Hiring Manager, which a couple of other people join virtually. This interview involves a presentation on a topic chosen by the Hiring Manager, meant to last about 12-15 minutes. Hiring decisions are made quickly following in person interview.
