interview is a long process. 1st day will be CV submission, 2nd day will be several situational questions/ assessments, English tests and reach test. For every round, people get eliminated

For the final interview on the 3rd day, it is more on personal questions that they ask, like what made you interested in the job
Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

They asked about situational questions and you have to come up with solutions on how you are gonna deal with difficult situations. The interview process was long and rigorous. It is, overall, a three day process.
