The entire process was virtual. The position was remote in Canada or hybrid in Kelowna, BC. The application process was pretty straightforward. I applied, after which I received an email from HR for a 45-min virtual interview with 2 Soft. Dev Managers, 1 Senior Soft. Dev and the HR. It was mostly behavioral and had little to no technical questions. After this I was invited for a take-home assignment. After completing the take-home assignment, I was informed that I would be a best fit for another role that is backend heavy. I was invited for another interview with a Soft Dev Manager. That was behavioural and technical. After this I received the final result.

I had gone through 2 rounds of interviews. First interview was more focused on the behavioral aspect, second interview was slightly technical, asked about what personal projects I had developed, what interests I had about technology and what I would like to achieve in my career.
