Online application, personality and cognitive online testing, another personality online test, phone interview with basic behavioural questions, assessment centre inclusive of a team activity requiring negotiation skills, presentation skills, ability to work effectively, leadership and delegation skills and a one-on-one interview with one technical question.

Initial online application- a cover letter and answers to the list of questions they provide. Phone interview- 20 minutes with a line manager, standard behavioural interview, one technical question Assessment Centre- with 5-6 other candidates in your stream. Full day of assessments including teamwork activities, negotiation task, one-on-one interview, in-tray task. Don't dominate other candidates in the team tasks but don't be too quiet either. Reference and medical check Verbal offer via phone. Contract sent a week or two later.
