      Entrevista

I was called to interview shortly after submitting my resume, I went through a phone interview, in person interview and then persentation second interview. After everything was said and done I was asked to fill out the application and background check. After completing everything asked of me I was blown off and told to follow days days, weeks and my contact went MIA. Blowing people off is unprofessional and disrespectful to potential new hires. It really makes you think if this is how they treat a potential hire can you imagin how they must treat their employees.

      Entrevista

What a painful experience. Two interviews within a week of each other. 2nd entailed presentation in front of four people. After I sent thank you email to all in attendance and hoped good news would follow. It did... but then it didn't. After the email, I get a call from HR saying they are moving forward and will be making an offer (verbal offer, and salary was discussed). Two weeks from first interview for verbal offer so it was a fast process to this point. Then I waited and waited and waited... several of my follow up emails and VMs went unanswered. I had to be aggressive and keep following up for updates. After about Six weeks, HR tells me the paperwork is finally approved and is waiting final sign off from CEO in Taiwan. The HR person even went on to say "I'll see you in the office here in a few weeks" After several weeks and no formal offer, I follow up again... and they didn't have a clue what status was. Finally after a few more days of pulling teeth and waiting for offer... they say the position was put on hold until they hire a Director... The entire process was two months in and CEO at the last minute decided to change directions. I get these things happen, but the fact the HR and hiring manager knew NOTHING about the situation is shocking. To drag on a candidate for two months and not be able to get answers is absolutely amazing. In the end it was probably a blessing in disguise. If they act this way before hiring, how are they inside the company? The many bad reviews are accurate and this company will never find quality people with the way they run the business.
