HR was quick to reach out and the hiring manager and his team were prompt to schedule interviews. Horrible with follow up after my candidacy went for an "approval" by the HQ in Asia. Similar thing happened to a few of my colleagues who also interviewed with QCT independently from me. The office in San Jose does not make decisions.
