This was the absolute worse interview process I have EVER gone through. This company should really evaluate their procedures and processes. The interview process started in April and ended in August? Are you kidding me. Extremely happy that I took another job in the interim. If you aren't truly interested in hiring someone just tell them instead of saying "you are in the running". Great company and vision. If the company grows as fast as they interview....well good luck. Wouldn't have accepted the position after the process, even if I was offered it. That is not how you conduct any sort of business.
