      Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. Acudí a una entrevista en QA (Londres, Inglaterra) en may 2015

      Entrevista

      Applied though a recuitment agent Aptitde test done at the the recuitment agent (20 question, 5 computer related the rest is Deductive reasoning (like joe is taller then mary , mary is shorter than Ken etc where is i joe ) and logical reasoning test. (Need 12 to get to next stage) "Assessment day" - The is only two other candidate supposedly I got 18of20 for the aptitde test. Can be any easier aptitde test really if you fail the 12 I really you not fit to call having an average IQ. This so call assessment day is just a Two 2 to 1 interview. The start was push back for over 30mins since they try to wait for the candidate (which no show) so end up only have 2 of us (which make them also drop the group exercise). I was reject base on lack of evidence that I am interest in career in "IT". The other candidate was reject base on they think he is not presestable to client (2:2 with master at a 3rd rate university but have resonable project experience and IT knowledge). They know both this fact. This can be screen off easily with just an application form question (even apprentischip does) or at telephone interview. Yet wasting both of our and their time (which is their choice to waste theirs) and my money. They did provide some advice for me (which not worth the 4 hours travel and money). I know that and if have all the evidence they ask for, I wouldnt there on the day I would seeking for somewhere bit better. My opinion - I don' see why I would work for them if I am entirely clear (which talk about couple years of experience) about my change in career (even though I quite believe this is for me) and know it all or have experience (and evidence such a created a programme) with a good grade (2:1 or above). I feel they are asking a bit more then what would be pay but so does a lot of place. But you if you going to invest the time dont give it to them (provided you are graduated in top university (and yes i am only talking about russell group and red brick university ONLY)) with good grades) I guess this is for those fall below a 2:1 at second rate university because the graduate scheme mostly evolved around the 2:1. As I said always said interview is a game about faking it, lying about it you motivation with their compay or job (which I cant do, being autistic with my conscientious) The basic pay is £18000 (+£2 ph when you at client (1st Year), +£4 (2nd Year)) provided you are placed with a company and time start from when you place contining two year.
