Was put through by an agency. Initial Teams meeting with local head of IT and an IT Infrastructure Analyst based in the Netherlands. Discussed my background and career to date and provided as much technical info as I could. Was told (having been rejected despite meeting all their technical expectations) that because of the frustrations in my current job, I could expect a similar amount of issues in this one - at least initially. They subsequently made some assumptions which I believe are wholly unfair.
