First phone interview was ok, but when I went there for the presential they seems not interested anymore. I went prepared for a presentation for four people but just one was there to speak with me.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a young HR representative for a phone screen. This seemed to go well. She requested that I do a presentation of a Business Requirements document as a follow up and it would be via recorded webex session. I assumed I would be presenting to a small group. The day comes for the presentation and it is only her again and it was extremely noisy in the background on her end as if she was in a boiler room. I asked her if she could mute her phone but said she didn't know how. I don't know if this was a test to see if she could rattle my nerves or she was just really unprofessional. There was no follow up after I did the presentation.
