It is a one-to-one thing. You will be required to fill out information about yourself in your hand writing. The information contains but is not limited to schools attended, when and qualifications. It also includes your former work experiences, places worked, nature of work and time period. You will have to sign your working conditions too in the event you get hired. Afterwards you will be taken to their workshop, shown around and then answer the oral interview
