After applying I received an email a day later requesting an initial phone interview. Completed phone interview where I was told I was the most qualified candidate they had talked to. Followed up 2 weeks after and was told they would make a decision and never heard anything back, even after following up a second time. Would have been nice to at least been notified of the rejection rather than just taking down the job listing.
