The interview process is actually the best in Lahore. They are keen to select best of the best.
They start off with basic personal questions. Then they move up to technical questions. Which are generalised at first and then they ask the specific questions regarding the position and the programming language associated to the position you are applying for. After that you are handed a written test that they discuss with you once you are done with it.

they did not call for the interview they only call some specific universities student. this is not right for students of other universities, give them opportunity to show them self
