The Interview Process was a two part process for me. I had an initial call interview with Rick, and it was a great conversation about my past experiences in the solar industry and what I wanted to do with my career. After the phone interview, I scheduled to meet for an in person interview. I sat down with the project managers in the company and had a 1 hour interview. The invterview questions were a mix between technical solar engineer questions, a variety of fire/electrical code questions, and career related questions. It was a pleasant experience overall.
