Entrevista
Phone call with a recruiter, followed by two interviews with two senior members of staff. Both interviews were similar in length and style, and were quite informal. There may have been more interview steps had I not gone through a recruitment agency

Entrevista
Unnecessarily extensive. 3 stages which could easily be 2.
First stage is a half hour chat to find out about yourself.
Second stage is competency based with a member of HR.
Third stage was a presentation which is pointless given that you don't get the opportunity to create your own presentations when you are in the role.
