The initial couple interviews are key. They cut alot of people. Pretty standard questions. If you get a callback for training you need to realize you are not getting paid to train. You do months of training. There is a light at the end of the tunnel after 2 months. If you stick through it and dont make a fool of yourself in the process you will probably get hired.
