My interviewing experience was relatively pleasant, as everyone I met with on the team was informative and seemed pretty engaged. However I will now continue to exercise caution with organizations that require 7 or more interviews. This actually should have been a red flag, and I should have withdrew from the process much earlier on. Companies that require this number of interviews do not appear to be serious about hiring or don't know what to hire for.
