Horrible interview process: gave a take home assignment but never reviewed it. Spent 3 hours on nothing, company ghosted afterwards. I would highly not recommend. Please take interviews more seriously and do not waste applicant's time

Asked to build a liquidity pool staking smart contract
Relatively short process, with a set of easy coding questions and two rounds of interviews. Technical interviewers will ask some moderately challenging questions that are meant for you to show problem-solving ability and approach. Felt like the expectation is that you should be able to succeed with guidance from the interviewer. HR round was the typical motivation and background questions.
