Tell us about a time you grasped a difficult financial concept quickly.
Was scheduled to have a 15 min chat with the COO who didn't show up 3 times. He just kept rescheduling with no prior notice so I just resigned my application.
I had a very disappointing interview experience with Pump.co. The interview with the COO was rescheduled twice, and when it finally happened, he showed up 20 minutes late. Midway through the interview, he abruptly left the call and returned 10 minutes later, saying his computer died. The whole conversation felt rushed and disorganized. He asked only a few generic questions and seemed uninterested throughout.
For a company that promotes innovation and growth, I expected a more respectful and professional process. Interviewing is a two-way street, and this experience made me question how they treat their team internally.
