Had two rounds of phone interviews with the manager that went well. I was then invited via email to do an in house panel interview with the team. Since I was traveling from out of town, I was also invited to dinner the night before to meet some of the team. Not even 30 minutes later, the invite was rescinded and delayed with no real reason given. They ghosted me from there.

Two interviewers. Series of questions that seems like you will be working in an accounting department but definitely not even close to accounting. I would like to believe I was tricked into a job that was not what I was looking for but did not know that until AFTER going through training. Once training was over they threw you to the wolves and graded every mistake you made. The mistakes count against your productivity and your bonus after your 3 months of probationary period. Making a minor mistake is very easy but correcting a mistake that you thought was minor was harder than taking college calculus in the 2nd grade.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by two senior purchasing coordinators, separately. I felt the first interviewer was nice, relaxed and professional. However, the second interviewer seemed as if they were asked to conduct the interview at the last minute and did not want to be there. Some of the preprinted questions were not clear and there were too many questions. I suggest an experienced senior and a manager to conduct the interviews in the future.
