Went in for a first round interview after applying online. It had to be in person even though i was 2 hours away, and only lasted 10 minutes. Was very quick but left a little confused what the position was, said they were looking to hire 40 new people for a training program. Was asked to come back for a second round on a Monday, called back on Wednesday with my availability and they had "already filled all positions".
