Very smooth. Easy going. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Mark was great. I particularly appreciated how easy-going and conversational the atmosphere was. The whole discussion felt very smooth and I especially valued our exchange about what exactly they were looking for. They took time to explain this part in detail. Helped me decide if I was going to accept an offer if they presented one. Too bad I didn't get an offer, I was looking forward to working with the team to achieve these goals.
