The interview process itself was smooth, but I found my conversation with the CEO somewhat concerning. She came across as emotionally disconnected, and it was difficult to get a clear sense of genuine passion or conviction behind the company’s mission. When I asked about the company’s direction, her response felt vague and buzzword-heavy, with terms like “AI” and “agents” sprinkled in without much substance or clarity. It left me unsure about the strategic vision and whether the company is being led with intention and focus.
