Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Pulley en feb 2024

      Entrevista

I applied online and had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. She was nice, though very upfront that she had a hard stop so I don't think we had a full 30 mins. At the end of the call she told me that she wanted to pass me on to the next round, which oddly, is already a video call with the CEO (but due to it being such a small team the CEO vets most candidates very early). She also told me, without me asking, that nobody had yet passed the video round with the CEO. This set the bar really high, and honestly probably not the best thing to tell a candidate because it already made the CEO sound overly intimidating. The video call was scheduled for 20 mins, and ended up being only 10. I was asked maybe 5 questions, very very quickly, mostly about what I was looking for in a company/manager/role, and about my experience. I was then given absolutely no time to ask any questions that I had for her. She cut the interview, and I got a rejection a few days later. I assumed she determined in 10 mins that I wasn't a fit, but I think it's just common courtesy to let a candidate ask questions. It just came off as rather rude and jarring to me, which seems to align with other assessments of the CEO and interview experience here. It was definitely the most bizarre interview I've had in 20 years of job interviews. I'm 100% sure I dodged a bullet, and wouldn't recommend others to apply here.
