Applied using the computer in the store, takes around 20 minutes. Got a call around a week later, setting up an interview time. Came to the store and was interviewed by the CS Manager in her office, very casual and laid back. The interview only took 10 minutes at most.

Mostly simple behavior based questions, how would you handle an upset customer, what do you do if you see a coworker stealing, etc.
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
