Me postulé en persona. Acudí a una entrevista en Publix en jun 2015
Entrevista
I applied online, and was called for an interview at a different store than I applied to. A few days later I went in for my interview, and it was VERY simple. I met with the store manager, who asked me a few basic questions about my availability, if I was in school, and where I worked in the past. That was all! Then for about 10 minutes he described the company and what their values are. He told me if I passed the drug test (which is just spitting on a stick) that I was hired.
Relaxed one on one interview process. They want to know why want to work at Publix, how you will handle angry customers, and what your weekly shift availbility is. They prioritize candidates who can work busy retail hours, such as weekends, late evenings, and early mornings.

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
