Filling the application form at the Publix store. Then answering all the assessment questions after the application and submitting them. If the requirements matches then you may get the call from manager. The store manager takes a brief interview. He/she will make you feel really comfortable while taking your interview. they judge your speaking skills your attitude of answering the question and your alertness.

You are newly appointed and if a customer approaches you with a problem about which you are not very much aware about, then what will you do? How will you handle the frustrated customer?
Filled out application on line…was asked a few days later to come into store 3 management people there in interview…just average questions…I told them positive things I liked about the company…let them know I lived within 2 miles of store…and was eager to work any shift.

Interview with Department manager normally in person, takes about 30 mins. Easy enough process. Normally you do a quick phone interview or online form before receiving the interview. Took me about 2 days to hear back on a decision.
