Two phone screenings: first with human resources, then with a more junior member of the project team. After that, a more in-depth in-person interview gauging personality and reviewing work samples.

I was interviewed by three individuals for the position. They asked me several questions around my capacity to perform within the domain of the applied job. I reviewed with them my portfolio and discussed my employment and educational background. They discussed with me the roles and expectations of the position and expressed an interest in my willingness to travel for work. I generally felt comfortable with those that interviewed me but felt that at some points the three individuals repeated a lot of the same questions and that they were somewhat unprepared when they came to interview me. I believe that much has changed with this company as much of the interview process has been re-thought.
