I applied for this job & got the call after a few days. First interview was scheduled for 1 hour where many questions were asked from various backend Java related technologies but those were more high level rather being very specific. Fun fact was that recruiter was telling me the topics from which interviewer will ask the question in next round, like there is syllabus for its interviews & mostly it is not. Then next round for 2 hours was scheduled where the interviewer was having own thoughts to negate the interviewee's thoughts & ideas. And to answer such interviewer satisfactorily is very difficult unless you have not read the same over the internet. So it was a total waste of 2 hours & why they are taking the interviews if they want to get the same answers which they have seen. It was the second time & I know that I will never try for Sapient, as they need muggers rather some logical people.

First they sent a assesment based on Vanila JS and then there was 2 technical rounds. 1 on pure Vanila JS and another on React JS. There were some questions related to the design patterns in JS.
