The interview process was good. The coordinator was really helpful. My first round went really well but the second round was with the senior person. I didn't understand what she was actually focusing on. She didn't introduce herself properly during the interview. It seemed like she wanted to end it discussion. Not even a single smile through out the interview process. It was more like she was trying to take out her frustration on you.

Firstly I wasn't convinced about the company reviews yet thought I'd give the interview and get to know more about the company. The recruiter dint brief me about the company nor about the role. While negotiating on the salary with the recruiter the recruiter wasn't ready to hear me out and the hilarious part was she was asking me to think like a recruiter and not a candidate and then quote a package and at some point got really rude. Even during the interview process found the panels rude. Could make out their frustrated tone may have came from being loaded with work, also their interviews were mostly scheduled late evenings which went on till 830 pm which again got me worried about their work life balance. The first round panel did make me comfortable during the interview but seemed to get irritated when I asked him questions. While I met the senior director dint seem like the person even cared to evaluate potential all she wanted was to get the answer out that she was expecting. The only thing good was the recruiter did share what could you probably expect from the interview rounds and the interview questions were challenging in a fun way with few learnings. Seemed like a good company to learn from if you are ready to compromise on your work life balance and you are cool with getting micro-managed.
