This is an awful Interview experience I have had ever in my short IT career. There are 4 stages interview process. 1st and 2nd stages are short technical and know about me with one of the HR and technical interview with one of the senior manager respectively. Once passed those 2 stages, I have been given a containers domain skill assessment which is a full project of container orchestration to provision k8s cluster and deploy the stateful, stateless application using all necessary tools. I have been given a lot of times to finish that project outside my regular job within the short period of time. Just 1 day before they have reschedule my interview e following week coz of the unavailability of their Interviewer. I accepted that. Again, they have requested to reschedule the interview last evening of the interview day due to the sickness of the interviewer. Next time they found one of their Senior Manager, Technology to take my skill assessment of that domain. Interesting thing is that the Interviewer didn't have my CV and didn't know that what domain skill assessment I am going to test for. However, I have told him the domain test. Without going through my assignment, he asked to go through my CV . Then I asked him to go through the domain assessment what I have prepared for. His simple answer was " I know what have you done" without going through my work. He started asking me question randomly. Most of them which I haven't mentioned in my CV. If I answer any of his question , his approach was like oh.. you know only Jenkins or GitHub etc. After 15/20 mins, he said all is done and I was surprised and shocked. I felt the interviewer was very unprofessional and hurry to close the interview as quick as possible. After ending the call, I was thinking what have I done last one week with so much effort which has not been assessed. I realized, how much unprofessional it can be that time and thinking is it Sapient, a giant IT servicing provider? I informed my recruitment agency what happened with me and he challenged to the Sapient point of contact. Then I have a call from Sapient HR and wanted to reschedule the interview. I have given my availability. Since then there is no contact, even no responses about my email query. I asked my recruitment agency about this, and they also try to reach out to them. After couple of days, my recruitment agency got a message that I am unsuccessful. They also shocked. I would request the higher management of Publicis Sapient, please try to keep something in place so that you can review the complaint interview later. It will mitigate the bad impression about the organization. At least we as a potential candidate will have a fair evaluation, because we put a lot of effort to prepare such type of skill test. I just share my awful experience with Sapient and I believe even they don't care about this. I don't think I would ever get back my trust on them.

4 rounds 3 techincal and 1 they call it as value based initally thry tild me only 1 round but then i had 3. Interview were 1 hr each they ask about each and every topic
