The recruiter and the team were lovely, friendly and responsive, they really represented the company from a great light and made me very excited about potentially working at PHM. The reason I turned down the offer was because the processes were so slow that by the time I got to the offer stage, I was no longer on the job market. It took nearly a month to have a screening call (the recruiter rescheduled multiple times, each one week apart), the hiring team took 2 weeks to review my resume, then it took a while to schedule the interviews, and each round was also over a week apart. PHM seemed rather annoyed with me declining, but honestly that was the sole reason for it. Maybe next time!
