Went through 2 rounds of interviews and got ghosted. Both interviews were over Zoom. First interview was in mid-November, second was in early December. The first interview was a typical behavioral interview with one of the managers. She asked questions related to my communication style, how I work in teams, etc. They got back to me in about a week, and they asked me for a writing sample before the next interview. The second interview was with a different manager, and was a bit more specific to the role and working at the company. The second interview was more challenging. The interviewer asked more pointed questions about my own research experience and interest in various projects. I was told that I should hear back by the end of the year, however the new year came and went- I never heard back, not even a rejection. Honestly, it sucks that they didn't even have the professionalism or respect for my time to reach out and let me know that they didn't choose me for the role. Judging from other comments about PWP's interview process, ghosting their interviewees is totally normal for them.
