Hiring process is based on the profits you can give to the company, they "hire you" after a group and phone interview and make you go through an evaluation period which does not necessarily mean you have a job. It's a very stressful time because they can fire you at any moment. The initial group interview you do is great! They make it seem like a fantastic place to work and convince you that you'll have a great time.
