1. Call with the recruiter in San Francisco
2. Video call with the hiring manager and then 3 other team members.
3. Excel test
4. Call with a VP.
All took less than week

Pregunta 1
Only one I recall was the excel test, was lots of Vlookup, pivot tables and a few other mid level tools.
After 3 interviews, they simply didn't connect anymore and didn't have the decency to at least let one know they decided to not proceed. Interviews are time consuming and they should considerate people's time and effort.

It was a decent experience.
The company is selective. Out of 907 applicants only 2 of us were selected.
The interview had 4 rounds.
Aptitude test ,
Essay,
Group Discussion and
Personal Interview
The panel had 3 members and an HR. The interview lasted for maybe25-30 minutes
