I met with Roxanne and Tammy. Hopefully, I answered questions to their satisfaction. I was allowed to give information regarding my previous MDS and other experiences. Some of the companies MDS processes were explained to me. The companies orientation training and other learning modules. They identified areas currently needing improvement. They both made me feel comfortable and capable of performing the job. Roxanne offered her phone number and encouraged me to call her, any time I need assistance. But, above all I felt they were honest and would provide support.

No complaints at all. I appreciate everyone for being so warm and welcoming. I was nervous walking into the interview but shortly after talking to Dustan I became more comfortable. The administrator later joined us and she was amazing as well. I am really looking forward to to joining the team

I met with the NHA and DON. I had a tour of the facility and met with HR. Completed drug test. Direction the company is going was described to me. Job description was reviewed with me as well as MOD and Benefits.
